We have completed Polyurethane screed floor application for a Livestock Poultry Processing Plant of a total area size over 600m2. As the flooring requires to be Chemical resistant and Slip Resistant; and be able to withstand high temperture boiling water, we have recomended PU (polyurethane) screed flooring.
Our team of professional and skilled workers has completed the following steps to complete the project:
1) SURFACE PREPARATION: Floor grinding works is completed to remove dirt, debris, or contaminants. Proper grooveline cutting is completed to create stronger bonding strength between existing flooring and new PU layers.
2) PRIMER: A primer layer is applied to the prepared surface to promote adhesion of the PU screed to the substrate.
3) SECOND COATING: A bodycoat layer of approx 4mm thickness is applied to the substrate.
4) SEAL COAT WITH ANTISLIP AGGRETATES: A seal coat with Anti Slip aggregates is applied over the top to protect the screed and provide additional durability.
